What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before each session, the client will fill out an intake form (please arrive a few minutes early). The massage therapist will then review the form with you. This may take a few minutes. Your session starts when the massage starts, provided you are on time. Afterwards, you may have water if you'd like and your massage therapist or skin care specialist will check you out.
