What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls me,its important to me to know a little bit about him: what is his daily activity,what are his Massage goals, medical history, what are his area of concern. When he comes in for a session I have him fill an intake form and we discuss more in detail his reason for the visit
