Good Rise Everyone!...Through a series of modalities, instruments, and techniques I have acquired over the years, I learned various ways to relieve tension mentally, physically, and spiritually, and continue my journey in the intricate pathways of healing.

I have 11 years of training and degrees in Structural Integration, Medical, Hot towel therapy and Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Sports and Range of Motion Therapy, and Swedish Massage. I specialize in balancing the healing factor with the equilibrium of pain management.

Out of all the 5 senses, I find touch to be one of the most important..It is that connection to healing that leaves me so responsible and honored.
