What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a referral contacts me I see if we are a good fit by what their massage needs. Normally can make appointment within 2 weeks of request. When they arrive arrive 10 minutes early to fill out intake form I will keep soap notes in my computer after first initial appointment. After analyzing intake form and talking with customer about issues or reason for appointment proceed with specific type of Massage. Show them room bathroom get them water. In room tell them procedure of massage and comfort level of clothing. I explained to them that they need to get under the sheet and draping laws will be used
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in Swedish -Reiki -lymphatic drainage - essential oils - Himalayan and hot stone- micropoint stimulation therapy scar and back protocol otherwise known as MPS. Many more. Biomat on table infra red technology deep heat treatment included in any treatment.
