Holly was very warm and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. I have had a lot of back issues and discussed with Holly and she was totally in tune with what i needed! The ambiance was awesome and the massage was one of the best i have ever had and i have had a lot of them. Holly was very communicative and attentive to my sore spots and needs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my client to feel comfortable enough to schedule a return session so I start the introduction with asking them where their problem areas are. Throughout the massage I ensure that everything is suitable to their needs by keeping the pressure just right.
