What I liked most about Holly is her attention to detail, and how she listens to me when I am explaining my issues. She was very professional and has hands straight from Heaven. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my client to feel comfortable enough to schedule a return session so I start the introduction with asking them where their problem areas are. Throughout the massage I ensure that everything is suitable to their needs by keeping the pressure just right.
