What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always arrive at the client's home 15-20 minutes before the session start time for set up and consultation. I will ask if there are any areas of focus as well as areas to avoid. This ensures room to address any preferences/questions or concerns before the session begins so both client and therapist are on the same page.

I have a four year degree in Public Health as well as 750 voactional hours toward my Massge Therapy liscensure.
