What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I apply a mixture of Swedish and Deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy and stretching to release muscle tension. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, I will provide a specific massage for your needs. You may expect to feel calm and refreshed after balancing session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Beachside Massage school and Beauty in Florida.
I'm passionate about the maintenance of one's self and believe that massage therapy contributes to a person's overall well being for the mind, body and spirit.
