I am a deep tissue kinda girl! And Adrianna gives a great deep tissue massage by far! She even includes breathing & stretching techniques while massaging, which helps sooo much! She always listens to what is going on with you & your body before starting the massage so that you will get the most benefit out of it & leaves you feeling great!
