She was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. I did a facial with Betzaly and it was amazing! My face looked and felt 5 times better. I also requested her again for waxing. I’m not a fan at all but decided to do it somehow and she was very respectful of my nerves (lol). It was quick and My legs looks great. Would recommend her 100%
