I enjoyed helping people feel better.
It's very rewarding seeing tension patterns in the body release so that people can regain mobility and range of motion where there was once a lack of motion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take my time to ask the clients specific questions to help me evaluate how I can best help and serve each and every client since everyone is so unique. I also like to get a base physical evaluation based on a few things like range of motion for clients who are looking to Get some relief from their pain.

How did you get started in this business?
My daughter had many health concern starting at one year of age. This Prompted me to get more knowledgeable about health and wellness to help my daughter to have a healthy and long life. I started off wanting to be a nurse and got my certified nursing assistant diploma. This then led me to working in clinics to where I pursued a career as a nuclear medicine tech which works with the diagnostic proponents of healthcare. Which lead me to want to help patients and clients more on an individual level. Then led me to studying yoga and Thai massage and furthering my education in Massage Therapy. Most recently to Ayurvedic practices and knowledge.
