What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Meet and Greet my new customer. Speak with the client about their goals for the massage therapy, their areas of stress or pain, and any other health they may have. I have try to have open communication with the client so that they can express what they want. I recommend a certain type of therapy for a client, given their specific needs and wants. I also, recommend the type of massage that might help a client with their specific issues. I make sure the client knows the cost of the massage
