What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival to our spa, the client is welcomed and asked to sit in the lounge area to enjoy some tea while the massage therapist makes the room available. Then, the massage therapist introduces themselves with their name, a smile and handshake, asks the client if they would like to use the bathroom and finally guides them into the room. The room is dim with wonderful fragrance of aromatherapy. The therapist has a verbal intake with the client where the client is asked to explain their tension areas, primary areas to focus on, addresses any questions or concerns with the therapist. After the intake is complete, the client is left in the room to get ready for the massage to begin. Finally the massage therapist will knock on the door and ask to come in to begin the massage.
