With 14 years of experience, I have created a unique massage style to satisfy all of my clients' needs. Using my very grounded energy I employ a variety of techniques from trigger point, sports, deep tissue, lomi lomi, and myofascial release. Between my experience over the years and my continuing education, I am confident in my ability to find out what you need and will always do my best to get you there. I am very active and have a happy/positive outlook on life that energizes me. I bring my kinesthetic awareness to each session and also try to educate my clients on their own compensation patterns if I can.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue. Pressure was consistent. She was very attentive to areas requested. Relieved a lot of tension. Perfect post marathon massage.

Abby is hands down my favorite massage therapist that’s ever worked on me. She is super in tune to what my body is needing and where needs more attention. I have an ongoing wrist issue and when I do any heavy lifting and Abby got in there and made the issue completely disappear and relieved me from a bunch of pain. She is also super kind mannered and has an overall calming energy. I look forward to my visits with her.
