What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First interaction is the most important. Ensuring my clients receive excellent customer service is key from the onset. Getting to know their areas of concern is important so I can address their needs. The information on the intake form is reviewed with the client and I provide recommendations that will help resolve the concerns.
In reference to COVID19 procedures, I ensure I'm in a mask, I don't expect the clients to wear their mask during their sessions as this make be uncomfortable. All areas are sanitized after each client and extra time us blocked in between clients to prevent overlapping of clients in the waiting area.
I keep my clients abrest of when I will need them to change their positions, I check in with the clients regarding my pressure.
My goal is to ensure the clients are relaxed and receives the massage they will ever experienced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification from National School of Technology in 2004.
I have over 15 years of experience working in various spas such as but not limited to
Eden Roc, Hollywood Marriott, Fishers Island. Cold Creek Spa, briefly at Massage Envy, and for the summers I worked at Marriott in Maine.

How did you get started in this business?
I was always told by my family that I had miracle hands. As a CNA, I would help my clients by briefly massaging their feet and shoulders. One specific client encouraged me to get my certification in Massage, so I did. I love what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The past few months a few clients came into my spa in significant pain to the point they were hunched over. After their session with me, they walked out straight with a big smile on their face.
