What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I read the client's request, then I send a quote and if they're interested we exchange contact information and schedule a time for the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got an associates in science degree in Natural Health from Cortiva, with a concentration on Advanced therapeutic massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports massage. I'll add the rest of my training to the picture's section soon. I have worked 6 years on the automobile accident rehab industry as well as another 6 years of spa environments.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I charge $100 an hour plus tip and for 90 mins i charge $150 plus tip. Every massage is customized to every individual and I add free enhàncements to the massage and also an extre free 30mins for every first time client if they see this offer and ask
How did you get started in this business?
Going to school and getting my license but I did started being the apprentice of a widow with 4 kids and I was also her nanny, and she taught me a lot about the business to start.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds, from recently injured, to families, the ones that want to be really pampered, athletes, clients with anxiety and post traumatic stress, ptsd, depression, and more complicated pathologies as lymphedema, post surgical and pregnancy.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I think that Dr Phillips center of the Performing Arts and their seasonal ballets can be very inspiring
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Years of experience are a good guide to find a great therapist more than anything else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think that at the very least they should have a list of concerns, previous injuries, previous surgeries and how do they want the massage to improve their life, better mobility, less tension, better mood, or all of the above so I can figure the right combination of techniques and the massage can be as customized as possible
