I recently got the chance to experience a massage for the first time, from my own home! The entire experience was so relaxing, and afterwards I felt like I could actually move for the first time in years. He was very professional throughout the whole experience, getting to know my needs and adjusting pressure and technique, as well as guiding me to breathe through particularly tough spots. I found out I carry my tension in my shoulders, and through multiple appointments I was able to learn how to truly relax every muscle in my body, which I was unable to do previously (I am always tensed up due to anxiety). I am on a fitness journey, pusing myself harder than I ever have, and if not for these massages, Id have given up weeks ago. As someone who got used to just being in constant pain, this was an eye-opening experience, one I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a full reset, looking to unwind, or just some relief.
