I am a mobile service that knows the client needs are more inportant than product sales. Clients actually get one hour of service on the table, not less. There is no "cold sales" tactics.
Helping people relax and go from stress to stress-free! Knowing the next day or as soon as the service is over that they feel better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction of Relaxation Massage and then determine if they have had a massage in the past? Ask the client- How was I found and why selected? Ask what they want from the massage (pain free, rest at night, quick healing from an injury)? Listen to what aches and pains they currently have. Complete a health care document so I have some background. Discuss how I feel I can help their request. Develop a plan for the massage (Areas that need the most attention, and discuss the steps of the massage that day, and seek their approval or modification to the massage process.

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage. It combines various hands-on techniques including gliding , kneading, and cross-fiber friction, tapotement, an shaking to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. This massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the therapist wants to achieve.
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimd at the eeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will gnerally be more intense.
Reflexology is a gentle and effective form of therapeutic treatment applied to the feet and sometimes to the hands. Reflexology is considered to be a holistic healing technique that aims to treat the individual as a whole, in order to induce a state of balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.
How did you get started in this business?
I started using various contract companies as an Independent Contractor. I worked for several Chiropractors, but medical massages can be painful and specific. I prefer relaxation massages and providing a non-painful experience while not letting time, products or money dictate how I treat the client.
