I am conveniently located off of Baymeadows close to the 95 exit and the intersection of Baymeadows and Phillips highway 😊 I am trained in multiple modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and trigger point therapy. My passion is therapeutic massage that gives my clients the results they are looking for! I incorporate stretching along wih muscle energy techniques to help clients regain range of motion and flexibility when possible. I love to recommend stretches and exercises to help with my clients specific needs as well. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
