With over ten years immersed in yoga and eight years of teaching experience, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find peace, strength, and presence within. Three years ago, I expanded my path by studying massage therapy, an education that deepened my understanding of anatomy and the body’s innate ability to heal.
My work blends mindful movement, intuitive touch, and energetic awareness to create sacred spaces for stillness and transformation. I believe the body keeps the score, and that true healing happens on both physical and energetic levels. There’s a lot of love and intention behind these hands, and I feel deeply honored every time I get to guide someone through yoga, stretching, or massage toward balance and well-being.
