Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a brief conversation to understand your goals, areas of tension, and any health concerns. From there, I customize your session using a blend of techniques and pressure suited to your needs that day.
Your experience is designed to be grounding and restorative — helping you relax, release tension, and leave feeling balanced and renewed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA72303) and graduate of the Florida School of Massage, where I also serve as Director and Instructor. My training includes advanced studies in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and body–mind integration.
I continue to expand my education in trauma-informed care, ethics, and therapeutic communication to support each client with skill, presence, and compassion.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes — my pricing is straightforward and based on session length. Each session includes time for consultation and customized bodywork tailored to your needs that day.
30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $85
90 minutes: $120
120 minutes: $140

How did you get started in this business?
I was drawn to massage therapy through a deep curiosity about healing and human connection. What began as a personal journey toward greater body awareness and balance soon grew into a calling to help others do the same.
After graduating from the Florida School of Massage, I continued to deepen my practice as both a therapist and educator. Over time, this work has become less about fixing and more about supporting each person’s unique process of healing, growth, and renewal.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from athletes and healthcare professionals to students, teachers, and those seeking stress relief or chronic pain support. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from age 10 to 90, and I welcome people of all ages, races, body types, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
My practice is inclusive and trauma-informed, providing a safe space where everyone can relax, heal, and feel respected. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and support your goals for relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I worked with a client who had been struggling with chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. Over several sessions, we focused on gentle, mindful deep tissue work combined with breath awareness and posture support.
By the end of our time together, their mobility had improved, and they shared that they finally felt comfortable in their body again. Witnessing that kind of transformation — when someone reconnects with ease and presence — is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a massage therapist who listens carefully and takes time to understand your goals — not just your symptoms. A good therapist creates a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout your session.
Ask about their training, approach, and how they customize each massage. The right fit isn’t only about technique — it’s about trust, communication, and the quality of presence they bring to their work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before reaching out, take a moment to think about what you most want from your session — relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, or recovery from an injury. Consider any areas of focus, preferred pressure, or health concerns you’d like to share.
It’s also helpful to reflect on what kind of environment helps you feel most at ease. Massage works best when there’s open communication and a shared understanding of your goals, comfort, and boundaries.
