For the past 12 years, I have practiced internationally, both mobile and spa massage therapy.
I graduated from Palm Beach Academy in 2012 and have since earned certificates in prenatal massage, hot stone, cupping, cervical neuromuscular and trigger point therapy.
I truly enjoy helping my clients release stress, relieve pain, and increase mobility.
I utilize a combination of modalities including hot stones, cupping, assisted stretching, Swedish relaxation and deep tissue massage techniques.
