Zen Balance Massage And Bodywork LLC
About
Deep tissue sports massage therapist. 20 years experience. Customized massage with the full length of time Hands-On.
Customization includes
Adding cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, any modality ie; deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, stretching, relaxation techniques etc are all included at a flat and fixed rate.
Most chain spas deduct 10 minutes of your time hands on, and depend on gratuity. They are usually inexperienced, overworked and underpaid.
My services supercede what most expect.
I give 30 minute buffers between clients, the full amount of time hands on during session, and I am what you would call the "diamond in the rough" for what you're looking for in a massage therapist.
My work is slow, and detailed, tailored to each individual client's needs.
I recommend at least 90-minutes, as that's the median amount of time most of my clients see me for.
I offer 60-minute, 75-minute, 90-minute, 105-minute, 120-minute, 135-minute and 150-minute sessions.
Upon request, for some that need maximum time, I'll include 2.5 to 3-hour sessions.
I serve as an educational tool to aid you with "homework" of self care and possible referrals, to gain your highest potential in health, mobility and overall success with body, mind, and spirit.
I'm a great fit for medical massage or relaxation/energy work.
