I have incorporated Thai Massage and Shiatzu into my general massage style. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I obtain some background information on the clients health and I will ask the client about his/her focus areas along with the clients wants, needs and expectations. I also will describe to the client what to expect from me out of the session, such as my style and routine.
