Bridge offers services that are positioned in such a way to help our clients connect to better health, relaxation, or balance, I call this bridging. Bridging evokes a sense of connection, transition, and support, all with the help of massage therapy. I've recently graduated, massage to me is like a dance. This art requires both the therapist and the client to do completely nothing but flow. What keeps us anchored in this process are intentions and rhythmic breathing. What I love about massage is that sometimes I feel somewhat like a shaman who's guiding their client's consciousness to relaxation. It fills my heart so much doing it and i can truly say it's something I enjoy.
