What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out from client where their needs for massage lie. Explain how i can offer relief using different massage techniques. Set up an appointment time that works. Let the client know before i arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a rieki healer for over 10 yrs, i added my license for massage therapy 2 yrs ago. Learned deep tissue, reflexology, and trigger point massage. Recently added hot stone therapy to my skill set.

I offfer 60,90 and 120 minute massages. Based on distance i have to travel I generally start 60 min appoints for $55, 90 minutes for $80, and 120 minutes for $110.
How did you get started in this business?
Reiki healing was always an ability i felt i had from when i started doing yoga and meditation. Then combining massage with the reiki arts brought everything together.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I dont discriminate the type of clients to help, i have been grateful to have helped both genders from 17 to 85, the main type of client is one that can benefit from a massage without doing further harm to them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client with a stiff neck who was bately able to turn sise to side due to muscle stiffness. After a 60 minute sessuon focusing only on the target area they left my table being able to move without the pain.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they keep clear communication whether by voice, email, of text. Set an specific expectation ffor where the focus of the massage should be.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Does their problem come from a muscle ache or a skeletal. Will the ailment be a contraindication for receiving the massage.
