What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take few minutes with each prospects to go over their intake form ( history form ) What are the areas would the prospect to be focus?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in a chiropractor facility for 10years as a licensed massage therapist. I acquired a lot of experience to work with clients who were in a lot muscular pain due to a trauma like car accident, surgeries, herniated disc, sciatica pain, knee replace, hip replacement, injuries due to sports and cancer patients. I also work in a spa setting for 9years where clients will come for a stress relief due to lifestyle, like poor posture at work, autoimmune disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, MS, Fibromyalgia and Pre Natal Massage.

How did you get started in this business?
My mom was diagnosed with frozen shoulder in 2003. Her MD send to physical therapy treatment. It help her a lot but her range of motion was not 100 percent back. Physical therapist assistant suggest to seek massage therapy. I took her to a massage therapist and ask a question why my mom end up with a frozen should? It was due to overuse, muscle got tight, decrease circulation until it engaged all her rotator cuff decrease range of motion until one morning she woke up with pain in her Right should and couldn’t move it.
After her first massage she start feeling a lot better. That is when I saw a combination physical therapy and massage make a big difference in my mom’s well being. That is when I start seeking a massage school.
2004 I started going at Heritage Institute
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all type of clients who is seeking stress relief, pain relief due to a trauma or injury, joint flexibility, recovery from a recent surgery, and any autoimmune disease.
From relaxation massage to medical massage.
