My name is Julie McGrath I am a

Master Trainer and Medical Therapist with 16 years Experience with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. I have worked with professional athletes in the NFL NBL Rehabilitation Program and the Veterans Program to facilitate the most transitional state of the art therapy available.

I have owned a Brain Injury Practice for Catastrophic Auto Injuries and a Luxury Day Spa so I combine Medical Massage with the most relaxing spa techniques you’ve ever experienced.

I’ve specialized in Sports Medicine and natural pain management for 16 years. I teach all of my patients the healthiest nutritional recommendations, supplements, nutrition needed for muscle retention and growth, corrective exercises and stretches tailored to each individual to excel.

I have partnered with Master Therapist Jason Jimenez to provide Couples Massages with me.

He also provides in Home Therapy in Medical Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work, and Holistic

All Therapy and Personal Training is performed at your Private Residence Location or gym. I work from Palm City all the way to Miami
