This is a very beneficial session to increase lymph flow breaks up adhesions causing stiffness and pain and reduces inflammation not your regular massage this is addressing every area your body struggles with . We can also offer Swedish and Hot Stone if you just want a lighter relaxation session to increase circulation.

Our sessions decrease muscle restrictions increase lymph flow and increase range of motion. Increase Circulation and remove trapped toxins and lactic acid buildup for a beautiful result no more pain or stiffness and a sense of clam and healing to the body.

Cryotherapy treatment is available for sports injuries and pain management it targets and freezes the pain at the area.
