⚜I've worked in healthcare the last 12 years, Drawing my style of bodywork these elements creating a rhythmic blend of modalities with focus on relaxation. Incorporating an intuitive blend of trigger point, Lomi Lomi, myofascial release, deep flowing, relaxing Swedish, to deep tissue,and therapeutic firm pressure shiatsu, depending on the specific preference of the client. Also incorporating light stretching, working towards tension relief, to help relieve chronic pain, headaches, sciatica,plantar fasciitis, among other issues.
