Clients book online and will receive a link via email and text to complete medical health questionnaire and consent form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both licensed massage therapists specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, Reflexology, and sports massage techniques.
Cathy is also certified in Cranial Sacral, Reiki Mastery.
Helen is also certified in Pre-natal Massage.
