I have over 21 years of experience of working with clients to provide peace of mind, and I'm great at what I do. I love to work on backs because they provide so much space to get creative, and I'm trained to massage almost the entire body. I bring everything you need to feel better, all you need do is relax.
I believe healing is joining, and only minds can join. My goal is to join with the strength of your mind, to remind you of a mind that can choose to be strong. In addition, I have over 20 years of experience in Chakra Balancing, which is concerned with assessing and balancing the chakras, the body's energy centers, to facilitate optimal healing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with health history questions for a new client: especially about recent injuries or surgeries, illnesses or medications I need to know about, when their last massage was, and areas they'd like me to focus on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with offer 21 years of experience in deep tissue massage and Chakra Balancing, a form of energy work. I am also trained in Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), a method of muscle lengthening and fascial release.
