I appreciated her professionalism... The aromatherapy was EVERYTHING!!! She did an excellent job massaging me... I usually dont get massages b/c some ppl hurt me... What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients need to arrive [at least] 15 minutes early to complete an intake form. Intake MUST be completed before services can be rendered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 600+ hours of training in all services provided. Continuous training is scheduled to ensure massage protocols are followed. I am consistently reviewing new materials and refreshing in the old.
How did you get started in this business?
I was furloughed due to the government shutdown November 2018. I enrolled in the massage program the following February.
