What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is provided a thorough registration form to be filled out prior to treatment, whether via email or arrivng earlier than scheduled time to complete and have the form reviewed before beginning a consultation. This consultation is focused on your purpose for the visit, documenting your ultimate beauty, health, and wellness goals. From there a treatment plan will be created, outlining a plan of action to achieve those goals.
We maintain proper and confidential records of all patients treatment, adherring to all HIPPA and OSHA regulations and rules in servie and protection of client information.
The treatment plan also includes pricing, payment options, and an estimated time of completion for all treatments and services to be complete.
Your inital appointment is scheduled alotting time to discuss any questions , desires or concerns the client may have, as well as slowly and patiently inform and explain all oprtins for achieving their desired goal. We will begin the first treatment in the series that day and schedule them for their next visit.
I always insist that every client has a mind for flexibility, also guaranteeing that I will never attempt or charge for a treatmnt or service not discussed or agreed upon prior. I maintain honor and integrity in all areas, taking pride in transparency and and being truthful regarding all areas of communication and service.

How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a passion for the beautification of things and people. I grew up enthralled in beauty and fashion, both my grandmothers and my mother have always been excited by new products, trends and treatments. My mother assisted in the creation of the Alase laser hair removal system, established at Georgetown University and fashion was a daily conversation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a large variety of clients over the years. I have experienced. My clients vary in age, health, sex, lifestyle, interest, and professions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently hosted a ladies spa retreat where I introduced new products and services, provided complimentary treatments, held informative discussions regarding health and wellness as well as attained many ideas with the intention of clearing the issues and concerns of women of color.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the professional is not only knowledgeable in the treatments and its process. Also, be able to assess each client, recommending the proper route for treatment in order for them to reach their goals safely and educated along the way.
