What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A patient usually starts by calling our office. Our lovely staff answers any questions they have, submits their insurance information to see if their treatment may be covered. Appointment is made. Once in the office paperwork by the new patient is completed and they are introduced to their licensed therapist in a nice relaxing room. After speaking with therapist treatment would begin. Once treatment is done the therapist will walk them out and answer any questions they may have and book a future appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists, massage or acupucture are licensed.
