My practice focuses on using techniques that are geared towards the improvement for clients overall health and wellness. Each individually tailored session will concentrate on the stamina, endurance, acceleration of rehabilitation time, regain loss of flexibility and resume maximum range of motion. For those who are looking to combat stress and activate the bodies natural relaxation response, I offer that modality as well. My practice will travel to clients home, office or any relaxing location of their choice.
I am Licensed in the State of Connecticut. I am also certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner.
