With 25 years of experience, as a highly skilled licensed massage therapist and esthetician specializing in a broad range of therapeutic techniques I tailor to individual client needs. Offering expertise in deep tissue sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology, and cranial sacral therapy, I work with clients to address a variety of issues, from chronic pain and muscle tension to stress relief and injury recovery. Specializing in neck, back, shoulder, and headache treatments, as well as conditions like fibromyalgia, sciatica, and arthritis, I create a customized sessions that focus on healing, relaxation, and long-term wellness.
Additionally, I’m certified in oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage, providing compassionate care for clients undergoing medical treatments or managing post-surgical recovery.
