What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For your first visit, I’ll review your health history form as well as your goals for the session (such as stress relief, specific areas of pain relief, or relaxation). Chronic or past conditions, repetitive actions, and often posture, gait. During the massage, you are comfortably covered. Only the body part being treated is uncovered.
