About
My passion for my work is what sets me apart from other therapists. I am extremely intuitive, and skilled in a variety of modalities. No two clients are the same and my massage tecniques vary from client to client to best suit their needs.
I love helping people. I love when a client gets off of my table and I can see that their range of motion has increased from my massage. It brings me so much joy to be able to improve the quality of life of others and to teach them why they are experiencing pain and stretches they can do on their own in-between massages to help alleviate pain.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know their reason for getting a massage, whether that be for relaxation or if there are specific areas of pain and tension they're hoping to release. Then we find a day and time to schedule the massage. I don't have a set schedule, and can usually see clients within a couple of days of them reaching out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed 1200+ class and clinical hours at the Denver School of Massage in 2014. Since then I have completed over 50 hours of continuing education including hot stone training, injury and myofascial release classes, lymphatic drainage, structural work, prenatal and postnatal training, cupping, reiki, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$110 per hour
$165 for 90 minutes
$220 for 2 hours
I have a spa/treatment room in Northglenn, and I also offer mobile massage. If I travel to you, I do charge extra. That price varies depending on how far you live from me.
How did you get started in this business?
I've wanted to be a massage therapist since middle school, and with my families encouragement, I moved from Maryland to Colorado in 2013 for the sole reason of attending massage school.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all different kinds of clients! Injury and rehabilitation, prenatal, postnatal, oncology, and clients with aches and pains from work or life.
I can do anything from general relaxation to deep specific work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I've been working weekly with a client who had throat cancer. They are in recovery, but had to have lymph removed in their neck and had a lot of issues in their shoulders, neck, and face as a result. After about a month of weekly massages, they texted me that for the first time since the end of radiation they have full range of motion in their neck and had feeling back in their face.
It is such and honor to be able to help my clients improve their quality of life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please reach out if you have any questions at all. And know that this is your session. Don't be afraid to speak up if you want different music, or if you want more or less pressure, or if you are too hot or cold. Help me help you to have the best massage ever, every time.
