Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do require a credit/debit card on file to book an appointment or we can invoice you to pay in advance for your appointment. Unlike many locations are therapists are paid for their time, even if a client doesn't show up, and that is what the card on file is for. Once a client books an appointment we ask they arrive ten minutes early for paperwork and to talk with the therapist so that they can tailor the session to best help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists have over 55 years combined experience, over 300 hours of continuing education, and are licensed, insured, and total professionals. Our therapists are trained in
myofascial release, structural integration, cupping, oncology massage, reflexology, craniosacral, Swedish, neuromuscular, lymphatic drainage, injury/surgery rehabilitation, and many more!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices are all inclusive, including gratuity, regardless of type of massage. Prices are:
$45 for 30 minutes
$80 for 60 minutes
$110 for 90 minutes
How did you get started in this business?
The owner has a business degree and a massage license. She wanted to help therapists have an excellent place to work, be paid fairly, and help clients with the best therapists around.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Athletes of any level
chronic pain individuals
injury/surgery recovery
anyone who wants to live a pain free life
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Red Rock 9/11 memorial stair climb is an event we volunteer are every year!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, try several therapists, and stick with the location you like best! You get what you pay for...if they are ‘cheap’ and you can get in all the time there is a reason. Great therapists are usually booked a day to a month in advance and there is a reason for that!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is bothering them.
Also, understanding that one session may not be enough to correct the issue. It can take multiple sessions, or if it is due to work or an activity, many continue to come back with time because habits don’t change.
