I have been blessed and am so grateful to say I have worked as a healthcare professional with people ranging from 5-103 yrs old! My clients' cases have ranged from: sport injuries, to developmental delays, motor vehicle accident injuries, pre and post-surgical pain/joint restriction, neurological ailments, vestibular and balance issues, cardiac post acute care, cancer, and anxiety just to name a few. Regardless of their ailments, they all had one thing in common: they were losing hope in getting better or they had yet to come across quality care. I love helping people discover the power within themselves to get better by showing them simple, fun, and efficent treatments.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked as a caregiver for my own grandparents in high school. When I graduated I continued that work and went into hospice care for two companies during my college years. After graduating college I worked in the physical therapy while running my massage business.
Now for the past 12+ years since graduating with my licenses, I have worked in massage, health coaching and physical therapy; fulfilling my dream to run and own my business delivery quality care and I absolutely love it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with babies, youth, athletes, and those up to 90+ years. I have 17+ years of experience including my years working in hospice care and caregiving.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent volunteer project I had with a dear friend. She founded the non-profit organization Bridgehope in Denver. Last year to help support her non-profit, we were mailing care packages and Christmas presents to those who were recovering from trauma. I worked on a dedicated staff member who had been dealing with foot pain for several months. The pain went away after 15 minutes of doing massage and tissue stretching and mobilization techniques. I was honored to help such a humble and compassionate person who never complained and never asked for any help. If you haven't heard about the non-profit which I am honored to help support through my profits each year: please visit bridgehopenow.org.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to them on the phone about any questions or concerns and get to know them. You want to be 100% comfortable and feel safe when they walk in to your home or gym (or you walk into their clinic) and join you on your journey to health! After a good consultation call, you should have a great idea about what to expect and if you will want to invest in any of their programs.
