About
I am genuinely invested in improving quality of life for my clients. I continue to educate myself in techniques and modalities that not only relieve pain, but provide lasting relief by aiding and supporting the body's healing process, and restoring functional movement to prevent further issues.
Having lived for most of a year with a crippling injury, it's incredibly rewarding to me to help others living with pain realize that life doesn't always have to hurt.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have all new clients complete an intake form in addition to some basic questions about their overall physical health and any injuries/issues they would like to work on. Clients have the option to formulate a goal oriented treatment plan, or simply recieve maintenence sessions. I do not offer relaxation massage, I'm a very clinical, treatment oriented therapist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Healing Spirits Massage Therapy Training Program in Boulder, and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. I specialize in specific injury treatment and bringing the body back into functional movement. I'm also certified in canine massage through the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $75 for a 60 min focused treatment session, $112 for a 90 min full body, or $150 for a 2 hr multi focus treatment session. $10 upcharge for deep tissue. I offer cupping ($10/hr) and essential oil ($15/session) upgrades. A $10 travel fee will be added to any session more than 10 miles away.
How did you get started in this business?
Four years ago, I suffered a debilitating back injury at work. For most of a year I was in constant, excruciating pain. I sought many forms of treatment (chiropractic, dry needling, physical therapy, etc) in addition to self care treatments at home, but what marked the beginning of my recovery was receiving a medical massage. It was then I knew I needed to be able to bring the same relief, peace, and hope to other people living with pain.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all ages and walks of life, from a 92 yr old man looking to improve his mobility and manage pain, to a 14 yr old girl pursuing a career as a ballerina. From pregnant welders to seasoned athletes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I highly recommend booking ahead of time! I'm never available for same day appointments, I'm generally booked a couple of weeks ahead.
And as always, read reviews of any therapist on many platforms, Google, Facebook, thumbtack, thervo, research your therapist thoroughly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be aware that often postural habits and repetitive stress injuries have been ingrained over years, and can often require diligence and time to undo. One session is often enough to decrease pain, but the best results are achieved through assessment and treatment planning.
