I'm Ryan H LMT. I'm focused on recovery from and prevention of injuries specialized in myofascial release massage (therapeutic deep tissue no lotion used), sports massage, deep tissue swedish massage, and lymphatic drainage, to help facilitate the healing process. I have been a LMT for 5 years and I thoroughly enjoy my job and the fact that I get to help people feel better makes my heart shine
I enjoy helping people get back to functional, my training has given me the ability to work on specific focused issues that clients may have, relief from stress and holding space for healing

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the major issues and causes, establish where the client would like me to work (and not work), explain and specific techniques we may be using ( special stretching, or hypervolt) explain about disrobing to there comfort level and draping and answer any questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2017 I am proficient with myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue swedish massage, light swedish massage, lymphatic drainage massage ,hot stone massage, hypervolt tech (massage gun) and neuromuscular massage.
