With a decade of experience, Andrea works to blend the physical aspects of bodywork, with the more subtle and complex layers that underly who we are. Often, pain originates from daily stress. The more we ignore these signs our bodies try to give us, the louder they become. When we bring our attention fully into our bodies and quiet our minds, we can listen to what the body needs. It is then that we can be guided by the heart towards deeper healing.

My aim is to treat every person holistically and meet them and their body where they are at on any given day, as we change daily.
