What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have them fill out an intake form and get a health history of each client and find out what each individual's goals for the session are. I am a firm believer the key to a successful massage is to actually listen to the client.

How did you get started in this business?
I had some physical ailments that became very debilitating, and the numerous doctors I went to just wanted to medicate me. I will do whatever I can to help someone feel better without medication. That is something I am extremely passionate about.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of clients, ranging from car accident victims to bridal relaxation sessions. I enjoy the variety of each session and look forward to seeing the desired results being accomplished.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give is to just make sure the pro is the right person for you, and they are aware of any and all medical conditions you have or have had so they can make proper determinations regarding your treatments. Make sure to ask a lot of questions before you decide who you are going to hire.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Again, make sure you provide your full medical history to the professional so they can assess the right treatment for you. Also, I would recommend thinking about what kind of pressure you like and are able to receive, so you don't get hurt or bruised by the professional. Make sure you're aware of the services and modalities the professional offers so the best decisions can be made regarding proper treatments.
