With over 21 years of experience in massage therapy, I continue to have a genuine belief in the body’s natural ability to heal. My approach is rooted in compassion and intentional, soothing touch—creating a space that is both nurturing and therapeutically grounded.
I integrate deep tissue, relaxation massage, and myofascial techniques to support the body’s natural healing process while helping clients reconnect to themselves as a whole. I have had the privilege of working with prenatal clients, athletes, individuals experiencing chronic pain, children, and elders across medical settings, spas, yoga studios, and private environments.
Each session is designed to feel safe, comfortable, and restorative—guiding the body into deeper relaxation while thoughtfully addressing the underlying sources of tension, pain, and imbalance.
