I am a massage therapist, artist, teacher , sister, daughter, mother and wife. I offer a quiet space to listen to your body, based in love, inviting balance to your nervous , circulatory and muscular systems. I have studied several modalities including deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, shiatsu, polarity, La Stone, reiki and more.my intention is to meet my clients with an understanding that each body, day and moment needs to be approached anew.
