As a Masters Student of clinical mental health with Counseling at Northwestern, I am providing clinical services under the supervision of a licensed clinician as part of my training. If you're struggling with addiction, anxiety, and feelings of depression, I use a variety of methods to help individuals cope with. Personally, I approach healing as a creative art form and a scientific practice. I use both scientifically supported methods and creative arts to help individuals process, regulate and stabilize emotional dysregulations.
I offer mindfulness-based skills to help you cope with depression, anxiety, family issues, sexual trauma and more. I have research experience with volunteering at Denver University and Southern Methodist University while working with affective neuroscience and psychosocial development. I also have extensive experience as a career coach for BetterUp.com.
