What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a call before seeing the client to discover what challenges they are facing. And do research if need be and come up with a plan for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Occupational massage therapy. Which means I have training in 4 specifc Areas Oncology, Lymphatic Drainage massage, Trauma Touch Therapy and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I have had Advanced training in Healing Touch; Reiki practitioner and a Pranic Healing Therapist and Reflexology.

When clients request for in-home care I charge $1per mile, and $5 set up fee for transporting and setting up table.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in Massage therapy due to several request from Clients I worked with who were going through chemotherapy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encourage clients to want to work in collboration with me and not focus only on me just working for them, but also agreeing to do homework I may asign and allowing me to talk to colleagues if need be to make sure I can provide the best care possible for their situation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I really thinkclients should think about working in collaboration with all professioonals they work with, not just relying on the professional to do all the work.
