Rae Of Sunshine

Hello and welcome!

I'm a 38-year-old (she/her) and proud 9-year veteran with a deep passion for helping others heal and feel their best. My journey into massage therapy began at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, where I completed 750 hours of hands-on training.

I love blending Eastern and Western holistic techniques to create personalized sessions that support both body and mind. Whether you're looking for relief from chronic pain, help with mobility, or simply a space to relax and reconnect, I'm here to support your wellness journey.

I'm certified in:

*Neuromuscular Therapy

*Swedish Massage

*Trigger Point Therapy

*Deep Tissue Massage

*Integrative Techniques

*Hot Stone Massage

*Thai Yoga Massage.

It’s truly an honor to work with each client, and I look forward to being part of your healing path.
